INTERNSHIP

Technical Internship

Young engineering graduates are assigned to the public and private institutions to supplement their theoretical knowledge, small scale experience and visual exposure to the technologies with practical hands-on work. In the process, the young engineers are mentored and supported to.

The internship and mentoring program promote employability among the young graduates and provides them a platform to gain real, hands-on experience, networking connections and more when they participate in start-up businesses.

Program participants will be placed in four-month internship program with private companies, government ministries/agencies and other relevant organizations. The participating institutions’ supervisors spend real time discussing the organizational operations with the interns and the interns assist them in all aspect of their day to day operations. Thus the program achieves the goal to enable trainees to see operational and management techniques in their practical implementation, rather than simply studying them in the abstract.

Renewable Energies

Two months in technical departments involving, design, installation and supervision of systems in renewable energy.

Energy Efficiency

Two months in technical departments involving, design, installation and supervision of systems in energy efficiency departments.

Financial Management

One month in finance department, involving accounting, financial management, budgeting, resource utilization and related activities.

Regulatory and Administration

One-month internship in the regulatory department involving in regulatory compliance from a company or government point of view, human resources management, administration, organizational governance, public relations and marketing, setting up companies, etc.
