All young engineers completing the initial two-month training visit large scale projects in the areas of renewable energies or energy efficiency to visualize their learned material in a real-life scenario as clearly defined and structured outcomes. Opportunities are provided to ask questions, seek clarifications or learn from real life experiences of professionals involved in the design, construction or maintenance of such systems or facilities. Thus, they acquire a more in-depth understanding of the application of what they have learned in the class and implemented in smaller scales through their group projects.
