YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP SUPPORT

Through a variety of partnerships, we challenge youths’ expectations, aspiration, and motivation to help  them examine their career paths. We introduce them to new ways of thinking and empower them to acquire new skills and greater capacity for themselves, their families and their society.

MISSION

Empower young engineering graduates to learn technical and entrepreneurial skills in the areas of renewable energies and energy efficiency to enhance their career growth opportunities and enable them to contribute to the prosperity of their country.

VISION

Young Afghan engineering graduates have access to opportunities that enable them to achieve unparalled heights in effectiveness of service delivery to themselves, their families and their country.​

YOUTH AS CHANGE MAKERS

We understand that change is the only constant. We believe that youth are the best drivers of change.  Their vision, aspirations and willingness to take risks and venture into new areas is an asset for the society. The youth are our society’s change-makers and need to have what it takes to make change as a continuously improving undertaking in Afghanistan.

ENGINEER SKILL BUILDING

Not every engineer is a born business leader.  YES-II offers the tools and training necessary to ensure that the young engineers can be successful business leaders as well. It is designed to enable young engineers to develop a successful business around initial ideas and then excite others to invest.

THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

The Consultants are tasked to set up the program and launch the organization called Youth Entrepreneurship Support, which will be a non-profit organization.

The management team will consist of a group of volunteers who will invest their time, knowledge and effort to ensure that YES becomes a sustainable service for many years to come.
